Sprout launched about 10 weeks ago and within a short time has created a lot of buzz about its tool: SproutBuilder. One writer described SprouBuilder as whimsical, while another writes that “you have to see this drop and drag widget maker.”

I caught up with Carnet Williams, CEO of Sprout at AdTech in San Francisco to learn how to “build living content.” We did a short video interview where he spoke about the company and gave a demo of SproutBuilder. Do you need to be a programmer to use SproutBuilder? Not at all says Carnet. If you know how to use PowerPoint you should be able to use their tool. That is because SproutBuilder is built on Adobe’s Flex.

Check out the video interview to find out what else Carnet has to say about his interesting background (studied law at Stanford and was an associate Dean at Stanford) and his previous startup experience.
