Naresh Goyal of Jet Airways in Silicon Valley

Naresh Goyal, who heads India’s largest airline was in Silicon Valley a couple of weeks to attend and speak at the TiECon event. I understand that this was his first trip to Silicon Valley after a gap of over 25 years. If you missed reading it, Jet Airway is set to launch its its service from San Francisco Airport (SFO) in mid-Jun3, 2009. With the launch Jet Airways becomes the first Indian airlines company to fly from SFO. This is ironic when you consider that for close to 100 years San Francisco Bay area has been a gateway for Indian Americans into the state of California. Some of the oldest communities of Indian origin continue to live in the sate of California.
Naresh Goyal was scheduled to hold a press conference at the TiECon event and there was quite a bit of excitement about it in the press room. But then the press conference was abruptly canceled and getting to interview Naresh Goyal was an impossible task. I saw him a couple of times at the speaker’s lounge, but there was s small mob surrounding him and I knew that getting through to him would be impossible. I missed listening to his speech because I was busy interviewing somebody else up in the press room during the conference. His speech was inspirational and outstanding according to the feedback from various people.
As luck would have it I spotted Naresh Goyal leaving the convention after his speech, and on an impulse (I hate to stop people when they are rushing out somewhere) asked if I could take a couple of pictures. He smilingly agreed and that is the picture you see. I told him what I do in response to his question. He quickly reached out to his pocket and withdrew a business card and gave it to me. I am wondering if I should email him? Not terribly sure about it.
PS: It turns out that the lady on the right speaks fluent Tamil and I ended up chatting with her for a few minutes afterwards in Tamil.

Hi Kamla
I am in a bit of a spot and was wondering if you can help.
I have been trying to contact Mr. Goyal for some time but have not been able to figure out the best way to do so. I tried contacting the Jet Airways team however they have not been quite helpful as their service team does not have the details.
My rationale for reaching out to him is to share some feedback on recent flight experiences. These issues have been persistent and frankly, quite annoying. I recorded and shared them in the customer complaint forms and also shared them with the on-air cabin crew, however nothing seems to have happened and i have recd. no revert or update.
Would you feel comfortable sharing his contact details. I am happy if you can give me the snail mail address as it will allow me to write to him (the old fashioned way). Let me know if you can help.#
Either way, thank you for your help.
Regards
Rohit
Rohit:
Jet Airways website has their snail mail address in Mumbai. I believe that is the address you should use. Hope this helps.
