Kamla,
I was looking forward to this podcast for the past couple of weeks.
Looks like there’s something wrong.
At your end?
Or at my end?
I don’t know.
Tried downloading.
Failed.
Tried listening online.
Failed.
Will try again later.
In the meantime, please check if possible if you or others are able to listen or download.
Regards
G Vishwanath
Okay Kamla, you can ignore my previous comment.
I succeeded in downloading this podcast this morning. I don’t know I why couldn’t do it yesterday.
I hope to listen this weekend. What about the next part of VK Murthy?.

G Vishwanath

Kamla,
I listened to the podcast this morning.
I am disappointed to note that the wrestlers did nothing interesting to Kishore. I was hoping for some juicy bit of gossip to enliven my morning walk.
As regards the old name of Rajesh Khanna before he became an actor, if my poor memory serves me right it was Jatin Khanna.
I can’t say this with authority or confidence.
If it is important to any one, let them get this confirmed.
I must admit that this bit of trival information is from a dog-eared and outdated copy of a glossy filmy rag in a Barber’s shop which I happened to be leafing through half attentively with Radio Ceylon playing in the background and to the accompaniment of the sounds of the clipping of scissors and the “whoosh” from the bottle sprays and the sounds of traffic invading the saloon through the glass swivel doors, while I patiently waited for my turn for the ritual monthly cutting of what little is left of my hair on a lazy Sunday morning many moons ago.
Regards
G Vishwanath
[...] In this final episode of our conversation Mr. Sayani talks about his friendship with music director Roshan, who is Hrithik Roshan’s grandfather. [...]
Again you have come up trumps. How I wish , like you, we could hear Kishore Kumar’s contribution to the Saridon ad. as also the moving tribute he paid to S. D. Burman, when he passed away.
Lots of interviews have been done by various newspapers with Ameen, but they could never capture in print the magic of his voice, which has been possible in your unique podcast. As for example- when he is talking to you, Ameen-ji cannot hold back the excitement he feels, when he mentions Sanjeev Kumar. It comes through so vividly.
Thanks again for this lovely exchange of views with Ameen -ji.
