Arun Sarin Mr. Arun Sarin, who heads Vodafone was a keynote speaker at the Pan IIT-Global Conference in Santa Clara, California. Mr. Sarin is a charismatic speaker and knows how to hold the attention of his audience. He had the rapt attention of hundreds of IIT alumni and others during his 30 minute speech where he spoke about convergence, doing business in India and leadership. A key theme of his speech was leadership and how does one become a leader? The key is to get out of your comfort zone he pointed out.

    A short but quite interesting podcast with Mr Arun Sarin.

    His comments on brand India were quite good and also the portion of his address to Pan IIT global summit about getting out of one’s comfort zone and trying new things was thought provoking.
