It was quite interesting talk with Mr Karnik and covered the entire gamut of outsourcing or as you right prefer to call it global sourcing business of which India is a major player.

The talk was also analytical and gave me good overview of the industry and its various aspects.

I always read your write up before listening to talk and I saw slight error there (may be a typo), the talk says that there are currently six hundred thousand people in BPO industry in India but the write up mentiones 6 million (one extra zero is there).

Once again thanks Kamla for wonderful talk.

    regards

  2. Thanks Abhishek for listening to the interview and sharing your feedback. Yes, there is an error and I will correct it. It shd read as 600,000 and not 6 million!

Keep listening and sharing your thoughts.

    Thanks!
