Michael Price is Chief Technology Officer of Seismic Warning Systems, a Silicon Valley company. We sit down to speak with Price about earthquakes and early warning systems. 30 years ago Price moved from Pittsburg to Silicon Valley, when it was in a transitional stage. The valley was moving to the age of personal Intel, Hewlett-Packard and Apple were the big companies at that time.
